Priority language. “Exact-phrase survivor” means the Reyes public record predates every indexed external exact-phrase occurrence located in the recorded audit, treating obvious hyphen/dash variants as equivalent. It means no earlier indexed exact occurrence was located; it is not universal proof that nobody used the phrase anywhere. Coined by Reyes is reserved for the five RCA terms that both carry an explicit corpus priority claim and survived that external exact-phrase check. Audit source →
Reclassified after prior-art check. Collapse score and Symbolic heartbeat remain RCA-defined diagnostics, but their word combinations have earlier unrelated uses and are therefore no longer labeled “Coined by Reyes.”
